Stephanie graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. She has been performing cost segregation and tangible property regulation studies on various properties, ranging from multi-million dollar hotels and apartment complexes, single-building offices, malls, restaurants, and literally tens of thousands of rental properties across the country. Since 2014, Stephanie has been recognized as a leader in her field of Cost Segregation engineering. Her knowledge of construction specifics regarding various building types allows her to glean the most substantial tax benefits for her clients.
