Kolby LeBlanc

Project Cost Engineer

Kolby graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the College of Engineering. He joined our team in the Spring of 2023 after a 10-year career in the outfield service industry. Kolby is a great fit with the other excellent Engineers in our team as we all strive to provide the best results for our clients. Kolby likens the team at TPTM to any sports team; “We have multiple different people with multiple different roles, all working together with one goal in mind. In this case, we are working to present our best work and provide the most value for OUR clients.”

During his time at UL, Kolby was involved with many on-campus organizations while working full time and being a student-athlete. After graduation, he went on to work for his family’s oilfield rental business then to manage an oilfield specific service department responsible for tens of millions in revenue annually. On his own time, Kolby is either spending time with loved ones or finding some way to fuel his automotive passion.
