Our Team

Eric P. Wallace, CPA

CPA Consultant

Eric Wallace provides tax expertise to CPA firms and businesses on the tangible property regulations, Code Sections 263(a), 263A, 460, depreciation,

changes in accounting methods, and tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting for construction and real estate companies. Eric is a member of the AICPA, Past President of the PICPA (2008-2009), serves on the AGC’s National Tax and Fiscal Affairs Committee, chairman of the CFMA’s National Tax Committee 2004-2005, and testified in front on Congress twice on construction contractor tax issues. Eric writes extensively on construction accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services topics and issues, including Knowledge-Based Audits of Construction Contractors and Related Entities, available from Wolters Kluwer. He is also the author and instructor for the CCH Tangible Property Regulations Certificate Program, presenter of hundreds of webinars for CPA education, and author/contributor to CCH’s Intelliconnect© on several tax sections and subjects.

Kevin Jerry, MST

Kevin Jerry is a nationally recognized expert in Tax Method Changes. He specializes in Cost Segregation, Tangible Property Regulations, and revenue

recognition changes. Kevin graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Taxation. Over the last seven years, he has worked with Eric Wallace on the Tangible Property Regulations with some of the largest property owners in the country. He is also a sought-after speaker on the Tangible Property Regulations, the Real Estate Professional certification, and the nuances of Cost Segregation. Kevin has spoken at such venues as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland CPA Association, the Florida CPA Association, the Hong Kong Trade Association, and the California CPA Association.

Brock Jerry

Director of Operations

Brock Jerry has successfully coordinated cost segregation and tangible property regulation studies for two years, completing hundreds of studies. 

He graduated magna cum laude from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He is currently pursuing his MBA. Brock’s dedication to his building owner clients and CPAs while facilitating on-time completion of studies has earned him tremendous respect in the industry.

Stephanie Boyle

Director of Engineering

Stephanie graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business

Administration. She has been performing cost segregation and tangible property regulation studies on various properties, ranging from multi-million dollar hotels and apartment complexes, single-building offices, malls, restaurants, and literally tens of thousands of rental properties across the country. Since 2014, Stephanie has been recognized as a leader in her field of Cost Segregation engineering. Her knowledge of construction specifics regarding various building types allows her to glean the most substantial tax benefits for her clients.

Micki Jerry

Director of Marketing

Micki has held several key marketing positions in the construction/tax industry over the past 20 years. As an experienced marketing professional, Micki has been responsible for the dynamic growth

of several companies in both the construction and financial industries. She loves working with TPTM reps by designing marketing collateral with education in mind. In addition, she loves working with CPA firms and other professional organizations to bring awareness of critical tax law changes affecting their clients. Everyone knows someone who owns commercial or income property, pays too much in income taxes, and has no idea where to go for help. Micki’s passion is to share what TPTM can accomplish for the smallest property owner to the multi-billion dollar investor. Micki is an avid long-distance hiker and can often be found roaming the deserts and mountains of Arizona.

Amanda Ashby

Amanda Ashby joined TPTM in the fall of 2021, just in time for our busy tax season. The TPTM staff immediately recognized all the

Amanda was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, where she currently lives with her husband and a house full of pets.
